      Cleanliness must be observed not only at the desk area but also in other communal areas like the pantry or bathroom. If you\u2019ve spilled coffee, make sure you clean it up. It\u2019s as simple as that.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      One of the unique things that appeal to even Tech-giants like IBM, Microsoft, and Verizon<\/a> is the opportunity to connect with innovative startups. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a freelancer, connecting with others in the co-working space is always good, even if they are not directly related to your industry.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Start by a simple \u201cHello\u201d or \u201cGood morning\u201d if you’re new to the community. Never forget to smile as it does wonder in building rapport with others. For instance, a member could have formed a habit of holding discussions with colleagues at the communal table.       Rather than being consumed with frustration, you should bring up the issue with the member politely and in a diplomatic way.       2. Don\u2019t talk loudly on the phone<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      It could be a long-distance call from a potential client which you\u2019ve been expecting all day. But that doesn\u2019t mean you can drown the co-working space with your voice and your conversations. Phone calls are a common distraction that annoys other members in a co-working space.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Most co-working spaces have phone booths or designated areas to take calls. Just move to one of those phone booths to avoid the piercing glares from annoyed members.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
