This allows sufficient time for collaboration while also providing the flexibility to work wherever they wish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"  >Another policy implemented is to open up more locations globally and the ability for employees to apply to move to different offices. They have also offered opportunities for remote work, where existing employees can also apply for remote work as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" >Some of the other policies they have pushed in line with hybrid work is \u2018work-from-anywhere\u2019 week where employees can work from anywhere other than their office to provide flexibility during the holiday period. They also offer \u2018reset\u2019 days which is a global day off for their employees, something special for all employees to enjoy to rest and recuperate at the end of the month.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.
