{"id":31477,"date":"2021-07-26T17:39:04","date_gmt":"2021-07-26T09:39:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flydesk.com\/?p=31477"},"modified":"2022-03-18T15:35:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T07:35:36","slug":"hybrid-work-survey-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flydesk.com\/pt\/insights\/hybrid-work-survey-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Resultados da pesquisa de trabalho h\u00edbrido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A pesquisa, realizada pela FLYDESK, re\u00fane dados sobre como as empresas est\u00e3o se adaptando \u00e0 era p\u00f3s-covid com modelos de trabalho h\u00edbridos, dando aos funcion\u00e1rios mais flexibilidade no local de trabalho e nos h\u00e1bitos de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Analisamos v\u00e1rias pesquisas globais realizadas com funcion\u00e1rios em 2020 e 2021 e 2 resultados significativos foram observados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>40%<\/strong> dos funcion\u00e1rios considerariam <strong>desistir se<\/strong> seus chefes os fizeram <strong>voltar ao escrit\u00f3rio<\/strong> tempo total.<\/li>\n<li><strong>70% <\/strong>dos funcion\u00e1rios preferem um <strong>trabalho h\u00edbrido<\/strong> modelo com uma altern\u00e2ncia regular de trabalho dom\u00e9stico e de escrit\u00f3rio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depois de experimentar um modelo de trabalho remoto for\u00e7ado devido \u00e0 crise do Covid, as pessoas perceberam que o trabalho remoto era simplesmente poss\u00edvel e poderia ser altamente produtivo. Por outro lado, tamb\u00e9m puderam descobrir alguns dos desafios do trabalho remoto, como isolamento, perturba\u00e7\u00e3o, problemas de confian\u00e7a, separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre trabalho e vida\u2026 emergente: <strong>o modelo de trabalho h\u00edbrido<\/strong>. As empresas agora precisam adotar esse novo conceito de trabalho h\u00edbrido e lidar com alguns dos novos desafios relacionados ao compartilhamento de espa\u00e7o de escrit\u00f3rio e gerenciamento de trabalho remoto.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse contexto, a FLYDESK realizou uma pesquisa para entender como as empresas estavam se configurando atualmente e como elas estavam pensando em transformar sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e arranjos de escrit\u00f3rios para se adaptar a esse novo modelo de trabalho h\u00edbrido.
