FLYDESK Team - Pricing Plans

The FLYDESK Team Plans take your flexible work experience to the next level by giving your access to the FLYDESK Team App. The App allows you & your team to share your hybrid workplace planning to better collaborate with one another. It allows you to book a desk, a meeting room or any bookable resource from your shared office when you decide to go there. FLYDESK Team is a software that allows teams to manage their hybrid work journey from the booking of their shared office to the planning of their hybrid workplace (Office, Remote, On-the-go or Off). The App is available on Android & iOS and Web browser. FLYDESK Team integrates with third party applications like Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Bamboo HR, Payfit & more.

The FLYDESK Team integrates with many third-party applications to synchronize data & actions. Here are a few examples:

The Starter Plan helps you manage the hybrid workplace scheduling of your teammates: Office, Remote, On the go, Off. It helps you better understand who works where & when and this facilitates your team collaboration & coordination. The Starter Plan includes a simple office capacity management allowing your teammates to secure a desk when they come to the office. The Starter Plan comes with standard integrations to optimize your user experience (Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook & more...).

The Advanced Plan will bring more functionality for your office management. You will be able to manage multiple offices, floors & areas for an ultimate desk booking solution. You will be able to build an interactive floor map to simplify the booking experience for your users who can have a better understanding of the office layout & occupancy. You can also improve your hybrid workplace management with custom workplaces & status. Lastly, you can have clear understanding of your office occupancy & working habits with our analytics dashboard.

The FLYDESK Team Plan starts after a successful 14-day free trial. You can always cancel your subscription plan during the free trial without being charged. After 14 days, your monthly or yearly plan billing cycle will start. The yearly plan comes with a discount on the license price. You can upgrade from the monthly to the yearly plan at any time. You can cancel your monthly or yearly plan at any time and we will not renew your plan after the end of your ongoing committed period. If you do not cancel during the ongoing committed period, we will auto-renew your plan with the same monthly or yearly commitment after the end of the ongoing committed period.
